Abstract

The invention discloses a molecular identification method and system for eucaryon source components. The method comprises the steps that a whole-genome shotgun method sequence of test material DNA is used as input data to be input; the input data is subjected to feature calculation; a standard sequence pre-stored in a database is used to query input data features, and a comparison result of the input data features and the standard sequence is obtained; and species determination is performed according to the comparison result. The molecular identification method and system are wide in application range and high in universality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and in particular relates to a molecular identification method and system for components derived from eukaryotic organisms. Background technique [0002] Almost all existing molecular biology methods for identifying eukaryotic-derived components are based on specific nucleic acid probes. For example, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification based on specific primers, or the method of specific oligonucleotide probes (biochip). By examining the electrophoresis bands / sequencing results of the amplified products of the PCR reaction, or based on the hybridization signal of the probe, the source of the limited components can be judged. [0003] Drawbacks of these methods are the limited range of taxa that can identify species in one test, poor generalizability, low throughput and high false negative rates (off-target molecular probes). In the face of the situation where the composition of the test m...
