When a fire breaks out, people can press down an alarm button on the fire hydrant body to give out an alarm, and a person in a fire protection monitoring room determines a treatment manner according to site videos sent back by a camera; the person in the fire protection monitoring room can open an electromagnetic lock in a remote control manner to allow nearby citizens to use fire hoses for control the fire behavior, and fire behavior spreading is avoided; and if the fire breaks out nearby the device, the person in the fire protection monitoring room can start the electric rotating shaft and the pressurization pump to enable a water spraying column to rotate and spray in a 360-degree manner, and initial fire extinguishing and fire behavior control are achieved.
