The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first positioning signal which is transmitted by a first indoor omni-directional ceiling antenna and at least four second positioning signals which are transmitted by at least four second indoor omni-directional ceiling antennas by a receiver terminal, wherein the first positioning signal comprises a special spread spectrum code sequence; each of the second positioning signals comprises a non-special spread spectrum code sequence; and the combination of the special spread spectrum code sequence and the non-special spread spectrum code sequences is used for identifying floors and floor areas; and inquiring a spatial position corresponding to the special spread spectrum code sequence and the at least four non-special spread spectrum code sequences in a pre-stored spatial position coded information table, and determining the spatial position as a current initial point position of the receiver terminal, wherein the spatial position coded information table comprises a corresponding relationship between the special spread spectrum code sequence and the floor areas and a corresponding relationship between a non-special spread spectrum code sequence group and the number of floors; and the non-special spread spectrum code sequence group comprises at least four non-special spread spectrum code sequences.
