The method comprises the following steps of: calculating a volume difference value between a first environment sound signal and the volume of a second environment sound signal; obtaining an audio playing state of the terminal; and controlling the playing or pausing of audio data according to the volume difference value and the audio playing state, wherein a first microphone is arranged on an earlap of an earphone, a second microphone is arranged on a line control component of the earphone, the audio playing state comprises a first state and a second state, the first state indicates that the terminal does not play the audio data, and the second indicates that the terminal is playing the audio data.
