The method for selecting the communication frequency comprises the following steps: when it is detected that the terminal performs communication interaction with a base station, obtaining the communication frequency planned to be allocated to the terminal by the base station; obtaining the working frequency of one or more working devices, and generating a working band according to the working frequency; judging whether the communication frequency and the working frequency generate interference; and it is judged that the communication frequency and the working frequency generate interference, stopping using the communication frequency to perform communication, and obtaining the communication frequency reallocated by the base station.
