The method includes the steps of (1) determining L groups of backup installation positions, where L groups of fluid environmental information sensors are located, on the mobile device, and conducting simulation to obtain L groups of time-domain simulation environment data T of the L groups of the backup installation positions; (2) conducting time-domain statistics and / or conversion on the L groups of the time-domain simulation environment data T, constructing a K-multiplied L-dimension characteristic data matrix F, and adopting the characteristic data matrix F as a position selection matrix S, wherein the K refers to the total dimension value of different characters extracted by conducting time-domain statistics or conversion on each group of time-domain simulation environment data; (3) selecting O groups of backup installation positions corresponding to O lines with the biggest line norm in the position selection matrix S as the designated installation positions.
