The invention provides an extraction method of oat alkaloid as well as a spraying agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of dermatitis treatment. The extraction method of the oat alkaloid comprises the following steps: utilizing mixed liquid of 1,2-pentanediol and 1,2-hexanediol to extract oat bran so as to obtain a crude extract, wherein the extraction temperature is 50-70 DEG C, the extraction time is 1-3h, and the ratio of the oat bran to the mixed liquid is equal to 1g to (5-10ml); purifying and concentrating the crude extract by using macroporous resin. The method provided by the invention can be used for effectively extracting the oat alkaloid. The spraying agent is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: a first main raw material, a second main raw material and an auxiliary material, wherein the first main raw material is prepared from the oat alkaloid, 1,2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and dipotassium glycyrrhizate; the second main raw material is prepared from allantoin and water; the auxiliary material is prepared from sodium hyaluronate, 1,2-hexanediol and water. The spray is prepared by taking the oat alkaloid as a main active component, has an effect of repairing irritant dermatitis and is natural and free from toxic and side effects.
