Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic cargo screening device. The automatic cargo screening device comprises a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt, wherein the first conveying belt is long, and the second conveying belt is short. The two conveying belts are connected in parallel, and the output end of the second conveying belt is flush with the output end of the first conveying belt. A draught fan is arranged at one side of the first conveying belt. The air outlet direction of the draught fan is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first conveying belt, and a first cargo receiving bin is arranged at the other side, opposite to the draught fan, of the first conveying belt. The first cargo receiving bin is arranged to be close to the input end of the second conveying belt. Pressure sensors are arranged below each of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt. Straight lines formed by arranging the pressure sensors below the two conveying belts are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belts, and a hydraulic rod and a second cargo receiving bin are arranged at the two ends of the straight lines correspondingly. The pressure sensors and the hydraulic rod are all connected with a PLC, so that when the pressure detected by the pressure sensors exceeds a preset value, the PLC starts the hydraulic rod to push overheight cargo into the second cargo receiving bin in time. The automatic cargo screening device is high in automation degree, low in manual operation intensity and high in sorting efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics, and in particular relates to a screening device for goods of different weights used in a logistics center. Background technique [0002] The current small and medium-sized logistics centers need to sort and screen goods of different weights so that they can be transported by air, automobile or railway. Most of the current sorting work is done manually, relying on manual weight estimation or actual weighing to realize goods of different weights The separation between screening, low degree of automation, low work efficiency, and high labor intensity. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, and provide an automatic cargo sorting device, which solves the current technical problems of low degree of automation of cargo sorting, high manual labor intensity, and low sorting efficiency. [0004] Technical scheme of th...
