Embodiment 1

[0061] Embodiment 1, the preparation of drinking water composition

[0062] 20 L of 95% v / v ethanol was added to 2 kg of turmeric (Curcuma longa), and the mixture was left standing at room temperature for 7 days for extraction. The extract was filtered with filter paper to obtain a liquid fraction, which was then concentrated and dried to prepare 210 g of an ethanol extract of turmeric. 20 L of 95% v / v ethanol was added to 3 kg of licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), and the mixture was left standing at room temperature for 7 days for extraction. The extract was filtered with filter paper to obtain a liquid fraction, which was then concentrated and dried to prepare 230 g of an ethanol extract of licorice.

[0063] As an experimental group, a cocktail preparation drinking water (sample 1) was prepared by dissolving 1.0 g of turmeric extract and 100 g of licorice extract in 990 g of sterile water. A cocktail preparation drinking water was prepared by dissolving 1.0 g of turmeric ...

experiment example 1

[0066] Experimental example 1. Confirmation of deodorizing effect

[0067] In order to understand the deodorizing effect of the drinking water preparation prepared in Example 1, 20 mL of the drinking water preparation of Example 1 was placed in a 5L reactor, and then sealed. Trimethylamine gas as a malodorous gas was injected into the reactor at an initial concentration of 50 μmol / mol. The experimental temperature was kept at 25°C and the humidity was kept at 50%. The concentration of trimethylamine gas was measured at 0 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes, respectively. The results are shown in figure 1 .

[0068] Such as figure 1As shown, it was confirmed that trimethylamine and ammonia, which are malodorous substances, were removed within 30 minutes by the treatment of Sample 1. This indicates that turmeric extract and licorice extract have excellent effects on removing amine compounds.

experiment example 2

[0069] Experimental example 2, acute toxicity test

[0070] In order to understand the acute toxicity of Sample 2 (KW-100 / KC-100 / salmon meal extract) prepared in Example 1, the following experiment was performed.

[0071] First, put beagles as pets (each weighing 10.0kg to 12.0kg) into a cage (140cm×80cm×80cm), and let them eat on their own with a regular diet for 14 days, and keep the breeding temperature at 25°C± 2°C for feeding. Then, Sample 2 prepared in Example 1 was intraperitoneally or orally administered at a dose of 2000 mg / kg for 7 days (experimental group).

[0072] Sterile water was administered to the control group at the same dose as the experimental group. The experimental model is shown in Table 1 below.

[0073] [Table 1]

[0074] Animal (Beagle) Experimental Model for Acute Toxicity Assessment

[0075]

[0076] As a result, when Sample 2 was administered, both the oral administration group (b) and the intraperitoneal administration group (c) showed a ...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for removing an amine based composition, comprising an oleoresin turmeric extract, a fraction thereof or water soluble curcumin, a licorice extract or a fraction thereof, and a salmon milt extract as an effective ingredient; and a composition for feed and feed additive comprising the same. The composition can reduce the odor caused by an amine based compound by reducing the amine based composition, such as animal excrement ammonia, that causes the odor, and thus exhibits an effect of improving a feeding environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a composition for removing amine compounds, which comprises active ingredients: turmeric extract, its isolate or water-soluble curcumin; licorice extract or its isolate; and salmon milt extract , and the present invention also relates to a feed composition and a feed additive composition comprising the composition. Background technique [0002] With the mechanization, intensification, scale and collectivization of animal husbandry, the breeding technology has developed rapidly, and the output of animal husbandry per unit area has also increased. As a result, there have been increasing problems related to various malodour-causing gases (such as ammonia, etc.) produced by microorganisms propagated from livestock excrement. These odor-causing gases may also cause various human diseases. However, the currently commercially available deodorizers cannot fundamentally remove the substances that cause feces and urine odor, so...
