The present invention relates to an efficient micro-bubble environmentally-friendly water-based metal cleaning agent, which comprises the following raw material components by weight: 2-6% of a polycarboxylic acid chelating agent, 0.1-0.7% of borax, 0.1-0.5% of EDTA, 3.0-8.0% of sodium silicate, 1.0-4.0% of urea, 8.0-18.0% of triethanolamine, 3.0-8.0% of an anti-rust agent, 0.1-0.3% of a copper corrosion inhibitor T706, 1.0-3.0% of sodium carbonate, 2.0-8.0% of triethanolamine oleate soap, 6-18% of a nonionic surfactant, 1.0-3.0% of an anionic surfactant, 1.0-3.0% of a cationic surfactant, 1.0-4.0% of a cosolvent, and the balance of water. According to the present invention, the efficient micro-bubble environmentally-friendly water-based metal cleaning agent can be prepared into different concentrations of cleaning liquids, has characteristics of convenient operation and convenient use, and can be used for cleaning various metal surfaces; the components of the formula contain sodium silicate, such that the decontamination rate can be improved, and the corrosion inhibition effects on aluminum and other metals can be enhanced; and the efficient micro-bubble environmentally-friendly water-based metal cleaning agent contains benzotriazole so as to provide good corrosion inhibition on non-ferrous metals.
