[0018] Using the results of published articles and the data of a city in northern my country as an example to illustrate the application effect of this method:

[0019] (1) Analytical method for each increase of 10 μg / m3--an example of the results of other people who have published articles:

[0020] ① On the day of exposure, PM 2.5 For every 10 μg / m3 increase in the number of patients admitted to hospital for cardiovascular disease increased by 2.12%, the 95% credible limit was 1.42-2.82%;

[0021] ② On the day of exposure, PM 2.5 For every 10 μg / m3 increase in cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction patients, the increase is 2.5%, and the 95% credible limit is 1.5-3.6%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a least square mean method for analyzing acute health effects of air pollutants. The least squares mean method is to use the corrected mean after correcting the confounding factors to evaluate the acute health impact of different concentrations of pollutants, that is, the average change in the number of outpatient visits, and calculate the percentage increase on this basis. The least square mean analysis method first calculates the average number of outpatient visits at different pollutant concentration gradients, and then obtains the percentage increase. The analysis is logical, and the results are intuitive, easy to understand, practical and convenient, and help to identify the acute health effects of different concentration gradients of air pollutants. The obtained exposure-response relationship with different concentration gradients will provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate haze prevention measures.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of public health and preventive medicine, in particular to a least square mean method for analyzing the acute health impact of air pollutants. Background technique [0002] The analysis method for the acute health effects of air pollutants used in the published article only calculates the percentage increase in outpatient visits for every 10 μg / m3 increase in pollutants, that is, there is only one concentration and one percentage, and there is no average number of visits and more concentrations to compare. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a least squares mean method for the analysis of acute health effects of air pollutants, so as to solve the problems raised in the above-mentioned background technology. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical scheme: the least squares mean method for the ana...
