Abstract

The plasma pressure sensor comprises a discharge electrode, wherein the discharge electrode comprises a bare metal electrode, a buried metal electrodeand an insulating blocking medium, wherein the insulating blocking medium is located between the bare metal electrode and the buried metal electrode, the bare metal electrode is an annular electrode,and the inner ring of the annular electrode produces plasma under driving of an alternating-current power supply. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a plasma pressure sensing system. When the plasma pressure sensor and the plasma pressure sensing system are applied to a gas compressor, the characteristic of high-frequency response is achieved, and the measurable atmospheric pressure range can be expanded; besides, the plasma is produced in the inner ring instead of being produced through direct breakdown of air, and therefore, the applicable atmospheric pressure range is wider.
