Embodiment 1
[0042] Embodiment 1, the preparation of acrylamide / nanocellulose composite gel
[0043] Due to the low solid content of nanocellulose, the nanocellulose is first processed by a high-speed centrifuge to increase its solid content to 6%, and then the treated nanocellulose is mixed with deionized water evenly, and then ultrasonically oscillated for 20 minutes , then add acrylamide to the above suspension and continue stirring for 2h, then add 0.5% (mass fraction) of N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and 0.5% (mass fraction) of potassium persulfate to the previous solution in sequence Stirring was continued for 30 min. The cross-linking system was gelled at a constant temperature of 70° C. for 3 hours to obtain a polymer composite gel.
[0044] The specific formulation of the prepared composite gel is shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 2
[0047] Embodiment 2, the mechanical performance test of acrylamide / nanocellulose composite gel
[0048] 1. Scanning electron microscope
[0049]Use the scanning electron microscope (SEM) mode of the Quanta 200F environmental scanning electron microscope to observe the cross-sectional structure of the gel sample, freeze the sample with liquid nitrogen, dry it, spray gold, and then observe.
[0050] Observation of two specifications of nanocellulose by SEM, such as figure 1 shown, where figure 1 (a), figure 1 (b) and figure 1 (c) is the SEM photo of NCC, figure 1 (d), figure 1 (e) and figure 1 (f) is the SEM photo of CNF. It can be seen from the figure that the two specifications of nanocellulose are gathered together in irregular shapes. After zooming in, it can be found that the two kinds of cellulose are still filamentous, and CNF longer than NCC. Different lengths have different reinforcing effects on the composite gel.

Abstract
The invention discloses acrylamide / nano cellulose composite gel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding acrylamide, an initiator and a crosslinking agent into a suspension of nano cellulose, and carrying out gelatinization to obtain the acrylamide / nano cellulose composite gel. As conventional polymer gel is of a three-dimensional hole networkstructure which takes water molecules as a main component, the gel is loose in chain structure and relatively low in intensity, has certain flowability, and cannot reach the intensity required by a gel valve applied to an oil field; particularly for a high-pressure stratum, the conventional polymer gel cannot effectively prevent overflowing of oil gas; in view of the problem, an effect of increasing the intensity of the composite gel is achieved by adding the nano cellulose into the polymer gel, so that the mechanical intensity of the gel valve is increased, and the performance of the gel valve in a sleeve is improved. According to the acrylamide / nano cellulose composite gel, the interaction between the nano cellulose and a polymer is also investigated, and the action mechanism of the nanocellulose for increasing the gel intensity is researched; the acrylamide / nano cellulose composite gel has an instruction significance on improving the mechanical property of the gel valve.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite gel and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an acrylamide / nanocellulose composite gel and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In order to meet the demand for oil in the world's economic development, the current focus of oil exploration and development has shifted to medium and small oil fields, oil fields with complex geological and surface conditions, unconventional oil and gas resources, and the transformation and potential tapping of oil fields in the middle and later stages. This form increases the difficulty of exploration and development, and increases the input cost. There is an urgent need for new technologies for oil and gas exploration and development. Reducing the cost of oil exploration and development is one of the important tasks in the upstream field of the petroleum industry. As far as my country is concerned, special oil and gas resources are distributed in major o...
