Multi-type land use accessory parking space shared resource matching method based on spatio-temporal capacity

A technology of sharing resources and matching method, which is applied in the field of sharing resource matching of parking spaces based on multi-type land use with space-time capacity, can solve problems such as shortage of parking spaces, difficulty in effectively alleviating the contradiction between parking supply and demand, and low utilization rate of parking resources.

Problems solved by technology

However, while many cities have substantially increased the standards for building parking spaces for various types of land, there has also been a problem of low utilization of parking resources.
[0003] Due to the restrictions on the opening of buildings of different types of land and the inconsistency of the attracted parking demand in terms of time, it is often manifested that the supply of parking spaces in a certain

Embodiment

[0075] In this example, the supporting parking lot including the five most common types of typical land use in the city center is selected as the example object, such as Figure 5 As shown, the five typical types of land use are hospital A, shopping mall B, hotel C, administrative office D, and residential area E. The known berth capacity of each parking lot is shown in Table 1. Assuming that the distance and charging price between any equipped parking lot are equal, the parker only considers the parking demand service and does not choose the parking lot for vehicle parking due to personal preference.

Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-type land use accessory parking space shared resource matching method based on spatio-temporal capacity. The multi-type land use accessory parking space shared resourcematching method comprises the steps of: 1) collecting basic spatio-temporal data of various combined parking lots, including basic parking space supply data of the parking lots, parking space occupancy data, vehicle entering and exiting dynamic variation data of the parking lots, and duration data of parked vehicles; 2) calculating an overflow demand of combined parking facilities at a moment i (shared-parking beginning moment), and acquiring data such as parking duration distribution of parking demands; 3) calculating shared parking spaces available for each parking duration in a combined land use unsaturated parking lot; 4) and utilizing a ''user equilibrium'' theory to allocate the shared parking spaces in each parking duration, and calculating to obtain a spatio-temporal resource equilibrium allocation result of the overflow demand and the shared parking spaces.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for matching shared resources of parking spaces for multi-type land use based on space-time capacity, and particularly relates to a method for matching parking spaces in a certain (some) parking spaces in a combined land area in the central city of the city. When a large number of vacant berths are idle in the parking lot, the parking resource sharing and matching method that uses the user balance theory to minimize the comprehensive occupancy of each parking lot in the combined land belongs to the technical field of urban traffic system planning and management. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of economy and society, the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly, and the contradiction between parking supply and demand in urban central areas has become increasingly prominent. The supply of new parking facilities, especially the parking spaces of urban public buildings, has become the focus o...
