The invention provides a micro-service framework-oriented application management method and system. The method comprises the steps of performing application description on services of to-be-managed applications according to a preset service description language; according to actual physical resource pool information and the application description, planning corresponding application topologies forthe to-be-managed applications; according to the application topologies and a service dependency relationship of the services, deploying the services to corresponding physical resources; according toa service health check routine and a user-defined application level health state check routine, performing health state check on the services deployed to the physical resources; and monitoring healthstate check results of the services, and when abnormal services are checked out, performing error restoration on the abnormal services and the services with the dependency relationship with the abnormal services. In a given physical deployment environment, an optimal topology is obtained; the deployment is performed by following the service dependency relationship; the health states of the services are continuously monitored; and the error restoration of the abnormal services and other services on a dependency chain is realized.
