The all-indoor transformer substation cooling system is used for cooling hot air generated by a transformer, and comprises a cooling room vertically arranged and used for leading in hot air generated by the transformer; anair inhaling part and a heat transfer pipeline are arranged in the cooling room; the air inhaling part is used for driving the hot air to flow to pass through the heat transfer pipeline; an air channel is formed in the heat transfer pipeline; an atomizing part is also arranged outside the cooling room; the atomizing part comprises a liquid storage box, and an atomizing outlet and a backflow inletconnected with the liquid storage box; the atomizing outlet is connected with the inlet of the air channel; the outlet of the air channel is connected with the backflow inlet; the air inhaling part comprises multiple fans uniformly arranged on the top of the cooling room; and a water blocking part is arranged on the outer side of the top of the cooling room.
