The control device is used for controlling the rotating direction and the work time of the driving motor so as to control the opening and closing panel to rotate and make the opening and closing panel kept at a minimum angle, a maximum angle or at least one angle between the minimum angle and the maximum angle; the work time of the driving motor is relevant to the angle of the opening and closing panel; and the rotating direction of the driving motor is relevant to the rotating direction of the opening and closing panel. According to the extractor hood, the control device is sued for controllingthe rotating direction and the work time of the driving motor so as to control the opening and closing angle of the opening and closing panel, it can be avoided that a limiting switch arranged in theopening and closing panel assembly is used, and therefore accurate control over the opening and closing angle of the opening and closing panel and multiple opening and closing angles of the opening and closing panel can be achieved.
