Abstract

A heterodyne type phase-sensitive detection Pound-Drever-Hall laser frequency stabilization system is disclosed. A local oscillator provides driving voltage for an electro-optical modulator; as reference input for a frequency synthesizer, the local oscillator enables frequency synthesizer to output signals with stable frequency, the frequency synthesizer is used for generating two kinds of stablefrequency, one kind is a central frequency of the system while the other is used for frequency spectrum shifting, system modulation frequency is shifted onto the central frequency of the system generated via the frequency synthesizers, and parameters of a error signal detection system is enabled to be irrelevant to the system modulation frequency. Via a phase-sensitive detection method, frequencydrift error signals are obtained, voltage stability can be achieved; in the system disclosed in the invention, a frequency synthesizer and the local oscillator are used for heterodyne detection, phase-sensitive detection waves are used for obtaining frequency drift error signals; the system disclosed in the invention is characterized by simple debugging, high sensitivity, high signal to noise ratio and strong anti-interference capability.
