Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a clinical quality analysis system and method and computer readable medium for determining a best fit of events for a process map representing a protocol. A protocol alignment system can include data storage to store data records. The system can map events from these data records to a process graph by recursively matching processes. The mapping can include recursively matching the events to nodes in threads in the graph based on event times and thread times. Based on the metrics determined for the recurrences, one of the recurrences may be selected as the best fit.
