Abstract

Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device which may implement high resolution and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device comprises a plurality of storage capacitors arranged on the substrate; at least one buffer layer arranged on the storage capacitors; a plurality of transistors overlapping with each storage capacitor on the condition that the at least one buffer layer are inserted between the transistors and the storage capacitor; and the light emitting elements connected with the transistors. According to the present invention, a sufficient process margin may be assured, high resolution may be implemented and yield may be improved.
