The brush handle is of a cylindrical cavity tubular structure, the brush head is connected to the upper end of the brush handle, the hopper-shaped intercept sheet embraces the middle of the brush handle, the liquid hole is formed in the connection portion between the intercept sheet and the surface of the brush handle, and the liquid draining opening is formed in thelower end of the brush handle. When teeth are brushed, the brush handle located at the lower end of the intercept sheet is held with one hand, toothpaste foam generated when the brush head brushes the teeth can flow into the included angle formed between the intercept sheet and the surface of the brush handle along the upper end of the brush handle, and enters an inner cavity of the brush handlethrough the liquid hole, and the toothpaste foam continues to flow down along the inner cavity of the brush handle and is finally drained out of the liquid draining opening. Due to stopping of the intercept sheet and the liquid draining effect of the inner cavity of the brush handle, the toothpaste foam cannot flow onto the hand.
