The method comprises the following steps that fingerprint information of a courier is collected and recorded in adatabase of a cloud; a fingerprint coded lock with the remote data receiving function is adopted, when a client places an order to express the valuables, a cloud sends the fingerprint information of the courier receiving the valuables to the fingerprint coded lock, the courier receiving the valuables opens the courier, and the valuables are locked in a packing box; the expressed valuables reach the delivery place, the cloud sends the fingerprint information of the designated courier to the fingerprint coded lock, and the courier opens the fingerprint coded lock and delivers the valuables to the client; the courier takes back the packing box with the fingerprint coded lock, and the cloud updates a fingerprint password of the fingerprint coded lock.
