The module comprises a main body, a printed circuit board (PCB), a gold wire, a capacitor, and a single-chip microwave integrated circuit, wherein a channel penetrating the main body, a grounding hole and capacitor mounting holes are formed in the main channel; the PCB is arranged in the channel; an output waveguide is arranged at one end of the channel; the grounding hole is used for the mounting of a grounding assembly; the single-chip microwave integrated circuit is adhered to the PCB, and is connected with an antenna of the PCB through the gold wire; and pins of the capacitor penetrate through the capacitor mounting holes and are connected with a power supply island on the PCB, and the capacitor is used for bypassfiltering of the single-chip microwave integrated circuit.
