Abstract

The method is an HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method based on a reverse C18 chromatographic column, and a mobile phase is acetonitrile-phosphate buffer which contains chiral additive-2-hydroxylauric acid. According to the method provided by the invention, the chiral additive-2-hydroxylauric acid is added into the conventional acetonitrile and phosphate buffer mobile phase to serve as the chiral additive, and therefore, the separation of the omeprazole and the enantiomer thereof can be realized on the basis of the common reverse C18 chromatographic column. Compared with the existing chiral chromatographic column separation method, the method disclosed by the invention uses the common C18chromatographic column, so that the method has the advantages of low cost and durability, the HPLC method based on the reverse C18 chromatographic column is high in repeatability, and methodologicaltransfer can be easily carried out among laboratories.
