Embodiment Construction

[0016] Field test results: test crop muskmelon (lantern red) test location: Xin Haijun Greenhouse, Miaohao Village, Shengfeng Town, Wuyuan County, Inner Mongolia. The test is divided into seedling cultivation test and growth test after transplanting, compared with conventional substrates.

[0017] Two treatments were set up in the seedling raising experiment, one was conventional substrate (mainly composed of peat, perlite, and vermiculite), and the other was microbial seedling-raising substrate (referring to the components of microbial seedling-raising substrate in this paper). 24 trays per treatment, 50 seedlings per tray, 1200 plants.

[0018] The test period was from January to the end of February 2015.

[0019] Investigation method, a total of 1200 muskmelon seedlings were tested, and the diseased and dead plants were divided by the total number of plants to calculate the incidence rate and control rate. The seedling test results are as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a microorganism seedling substrate for preventing soil-borne diseases. The microorganism seedling substrate is prepared from, by weight, 45-50% of turf, 10-15% of perlite, 10-15% of vermiculite, 25-30% of leaves, 3% of sunflower oil residues and 2% of decomposition agent. Raw material preparation is completed after even mixing and sufficient fermenting. Then, beneficial bacteria with 2% of hartswood, 2% of paecilomyces lilacinus, 1% of monopotassium phosphate and 1% of urea are added. The seedling breeding substrate is prepared through sufficient and even mixing. In theprepared substrate, the beneficial bacteria largely reproduce in a crop root circle to form a circular protection cover, the soil-borne diseases caused by various fungi can be effectively resisted, good ecological conditions are created for crop growth, the soil environment can be improved, the breathability and oxygen supply of soil are improved, the product quality and yield are improved, and fertilizer dual functions are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fertilizer production, and in particular relates to the preparation of a microbial seedling-raising substrate for preventing soil-borne diseases. Background technique [0002] The existing seedling raising substrates are generally grass charcoal, perlite, vermiculite, and some peats have not been fermented at high temperature. There are many weeds during seedling raising, and weeding is time-consuming and labor-intensive. We use the leaves and peat to ferment together, and under the high temperature environment, weed seeds are directly killed. Adding an appropriate amount of sunflower oil residue provides nutrients to the beneficial bacteria, which can make the beneficial bacteria multiply rapidly and grow robustly. In particular, Trichoderma harzianum (see 0008 description for function) and Paecilomyces lilacinus (see 0009 description for function) can effectively prevent soil-borne diseases and play a role in bi...
