A heavy carbon ion beam injection mutagenesistechnology is utilized for breeding a cordyceps militaris mutant strain CGMCC No.14800 for obtaining high-yield cordycepin and fruiting bodies, and the cordyceps militaris mutant strain serves as a fermenting strain for performing liquid fermentation to prepare the cordycepin; the maximum yield of the cordycepin in the obtained fermentation liquid can reach 929.390mu g / mL which is 8.15 times theyield of the cordycepin in the fermentation liquid obtained in the original strain; the strain CGMCC No.14800 is subjected to solid culture, and the maximum yield of the fruiting bodies can reach 22.376g / bottle which is 1.72 times the yield of the fruiting bodies of the original strain; and the maximum yield of the cordycepin in the fruiting bodies can reach 11777.094mu g / g which is 1.75 times theyield of the cordycepin in the fruiting bodies of the original strain.
