The system comprises a pressure sensor, a rotation speed sensor, an angle sensor, a vehicle speedsensor, a timekeeper, an alarm system and a brake system, wherein the pressure sensor, the rotation speed sensor, the angle sensor, the vehicle speed sensor, the timekeeper, the alarm system and the brake system are connected with a CPU separately, the pressure sensor is installed on a seat of a driver and a steering wheel and is used for detecting whether the driver drives safely or not, the rotation speed sensor is installed on a vehicle engine and is used for detecting rotation speed of the vehicle engine, the angle sensor is installed on a vehicle front and is used for detecting the direction amount in the vehicle driving process, the vehicle speed sensor is used for detecting speed in the vehicle driving process, the timekeeper is used for judging time that the two hands or the singlehand of the driver are/is separated from the steering wheel, the alarm system is used for conducting alarm when the two hands or the single hand of the driver are/is separated from the steering wheel, and the brake system is used for braking the vehicle when the two hands or the single hand of the driver is separated from the steering wheel.
