Abstract

A kit for ceiling fans. The tub (10) or a kit including the tub (10) may be used to store the ceiling fan (50). A lid (12) may be used to cover the barrel portion (10). The cover (12) may include an opening portion (40, 42) that is removable to define an aperture (46, 48) in the cover (12). Ceiling fan (50) may include motor (34), boom (56), and trefoil ball (60). The trefoil ball (60) may be mounted to the motor (34) via the boom (56). The trefoil ball (60) and boom (56) can be inserted into the holes (46, 48) of the cover (12) to assist in the assembly of the ceiling fan (50).
