Problems solved by technology

However, this technology has the following defects: (1) The purpose of the spectrum analyzer is to detect the fluorescence wavelength distribution and the fluorescence intensity, and this technology cannot perform real-time imaging of the lesion, and cannot obtain information such as the shape and distribution of the lesion; (2) This technology uses The total reflection mirror reflects the detection fluorescence, but the total reflection mirror will reflect the reflected light of the fluorescence excitation light, the reflected light of the treatment light and the fluorescence at the same time, so it is necessary to arrange the corresponding filter in front of the spectrum analyzer, which increases the complexity of the system (3) This technology uses optical fiber technology to conduct therapeutic light, and its technical characteristics determine that the spot shape is circular

Abstract

The invention discloses a photodynamic therapy system for cervical lesions based on integration of diagnosis and treatment. The system is composed of a three-dimensional mechanical arm. An imaging CCDprobe, a 45-degree 400-nm reflection mirror, a 45-degree 630-nm folding reflection mirror with the reflectivity of 95%, an imaging lens module group, and a light-guide cover. A 400-nm lens and a 400-nm fiber coupling laser device are arranged at the front side of the 45-degree 400-nm reflection mirror; a 630-nm LED profiling array is arranged at the front side of the 45-degree 630-nm folding reflection mirror with the reflectivity of 95% and a power detection lens and a power detection probe are arranged at the rear side; and an infrared temperature-measuring probe is arranged at the right side of the imaging lens module group. According to the invention, real-time detection of the shape, distribution, and dimension of the focus as well as the real-time controllable photodynamic therapy is realized by using the coaxial optical path; the imaging CCD probe is used for collecting the focus image, a computer is used for carrying out image edge detection, and the 630-nm LED profiling arrayis controlled to emit a light spot being same as the focus, so that the precise treatment is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical equipment, and more specifically relates to a photodynamic therapy system integrating diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions. Background technique [0002] Cervical cancer, also known as cervical cancer, is a common malignant tumor of the cervix. It is the cancer with the highest incidence rate among female reproductive organ cancers. It is the fourth cause of death rate and the second cause of female cancer. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a collective term for a group of precancerous lesions closely related to cervical invasive carcinoma. Including cervical dysplasia and cervical carcinoma in situ, reflecting the continuous development process of cervical cancer, that is, a series of pathology from cervical dysplasia (mild→moderate→severe)→carcinoma in situ→early invasive carcinoma→invasive carcinoma Variety. The mainstay of treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cance...
