Abstract

The invention discloses a furanone derivative as well as an extraction method and application thereof. The extraction method comprises the following steps: extracting decaisnea insignis endophytic fungus DS37 secondary metabolic products with petroleum ether / ethyl acetate / methanol, combining extracting liquid, filtering, recovering the mixed solvent and performing reduced-pressure concentration toobtain a crude product extractum; placing the obtained crude product extractum on a silica gel chromatographic column, and performing elution with petroleum ether / ethyl acetate / methanol eluents withdifferent volume gradient to obtain four components, namely A to D; and putting the component B on the silica gel chromatographic column to obtain six components, namely B1 to B6, continuously puttingthe component B6 on the silica gel chromatographic column, performing elution with petroleum ether / ethyl acetate / methanol eluents with different volume gradient to obtain nine components, namely B6.1to B6.9, and recrystallizing the component B6.9 with methanol to obtain the furanone derivative. The furanone derivative is separated from the decaisnea insignis endophytic fungus DS37 secondary metabolic products; and the compound has high bacteriostatic activity.
