Abstract

The invention provides an establishment method of a local radix et rhizoma rhei extraction technology and a quality evaluation system. The establishment method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a test sample by a supercritical extraction method: taking a radix et rhizoma rhei medicinal material; after crushing, sieving and putting the material into an extraction kettle; feeding an entrainer and supercritical fluid, wherein the extraction temperature is 41 to 49 DEG C and the pressure is 21 to 29MPa; keeping for 70 to 180min to prepare radix et rhizoma rhei extract; (2) preparing a test sample solution, taking the radix et rhizoma rhei extract obtained by step (1) into a measuring flask and adding methanol to a scale; uniformly shaking and filtering; taking subsequent filtrate toprepare the test sample solution; (3) preparing a reference sample solution; (4) establishing a fingerprint spectrum through a high-performance liquid chromatography; (5) evaluating the similarity ofthe fingerprint spectrum. By adopting the establishment method provided by the invention, the extraction rate of a radix et rhizoma rhei effective component is easy to improve and various componentsare easy to extract; the quality evaluation system can be completed, the monitoring level is improved and the admission quality of radix et rhizoma rhei is improved.
