Abstract

The top cover skylight waste utilization collecting device is characterized in that the device comprises a conveying unit for waste pieces and a collection stacking unit; the material receiving end of a conveying belt of the conveying unit extends to a waste falling station and discharging end of a punching machine and is further connected with the collection stacking unit; and the waste pieces fall off from the punching machine to enter the material receiving end of the conveying unit and then is conveyed to thecollection stacking unit from the discharging end of the conveying unit through transmission by the conveying unit. The conveying unit and the collection stacking unit complete the conveying and collecting processes of the waste pieces. After the collection stacking unit outputs stacking signals, a material receiving plate fully stacked with the waste pieces is transferred to other stations, andtherefore waste generated in a top cover skylight falling technology can be collected and utilized, the utilization rate of a steel plate is increased and production cost is reduced.
