Abstract
The invention discloses a method for enriching high density anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria in a sewage nitrogen removing system. The method comprises following steps: (1) collecting nitrification sludge that contains floras of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria, preparing an active sludge solution, inoculating the solution to an enrichment medium, and carrying out nitrification domestication until the ammonia nitrogen conversion rate is not less than 80%; (2) inoculating the domesticated sludge to a reactor, adding a macroporous polyurethane filler, matrix ammonia nitrogen, and nitritenitrogen into the reactor, and starting the anaerobic ammonia oxidizing reactor at a low matrix concentration; (3) increasing the addition amount of matrix, and starting the anaerobic ammonia oxidizing reactor at a medium-high matrix concentration; and (4) increasing the addition amount of matrix, and enriching the high density anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria. The macroporous polyurethane filler can provide a micro-aerobic environment for anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria and can adapt to the agglomeration growth characteristics of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria; bacteria such as AOB, NOB, etc. can be eliminated, and high purity anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria with high abundance can be obtained.
