The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a segmented word collection of each segment in first review information; determining multiple segmented words belonging to a pre-set segmented word feature library of a segmented word collection of each segment and generating a vector of each segment according to multiple segmented words ofeach segment; generating a vector of first review information according to a vector of each segment; inputting a vector of the first review information into a pre-generated emotion analysis model in order to obtain predication value of the first review information; and comparing predication value of the first review information with pre-set threshold value and obtaining an emotion analysis resultof the first review information according to a comparison result.
