Abstract

The invention provides an active quasi circulator with a high power utilization rate, so as to solve the technical problem of a low transmission signal power utilization rate of the existing active quasi circulator. The active quasi circulator with a high power utilization rate comprises a dielectric substrate, a metal grounding plate printed on one surface of the dielectric substrate, a power amplifier on the other surface, a power divider and an active power combiner, wherein the input end of the power divider is connected with the output end of the power amplifier, the upper arm of the output end is connected with the gate of the active power combiner and the lower arm is connected with the source of the active power combiner; and the power divider adopts a wilkinson unequal power divider, the width dimensions of the upper arm and the lower arm are determined by calculating the respective characteristic impedance of the two arms with a set power ratio, the width of the upper arm islarger than that of the lower arm so as to improve the transmission gains from a first port to a second port, and the electrical lengths of the two arms are both 90 DEG.
