Multiple meanderline electrodes, formed in a meanderline pattern with the center of the upper electrode or the center of the lower electrode as the symmetry point, are arranged in point symmetry on each of the upper electrode and lower electrode. One end of each meanderline electrode is electrically connected to the upper electrode or the lower electrode, respectively. The other end of the meanderline electrode, positioned centrally on the upper electrode or the lower electrode, is not electrically connected to the upper electrode or the lower electrode.
