Embodiment 1

[0113] Embodiment 1, the content of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid of Radix Glycyrrhizae medicinal material is determined by near-infrared spectrometry

[0114] (1) Medicinal material sample preparation: select 33 batches of licorice medicinal materials, crush and sieve, and set aside

[0115] (2) Content determination:

[0116] Take about 0.2g of the powder of this product (through the No. 3 sieve), accurately weigh it, put it in a stoppered Erlenmeyer flask, add 100ml of 70% ethanol precisely, seal it tightly, weigh it, and ultrasonically treat it (power 250W, frequency 40kHz) for 30 Minutes, let cool, weigh again, use 70% ethanol to make up the lost weight, shake well, filter, take the refill, that is ready. Liquid chromatography conditions: C-18 column (4.6*250mm, 5um); acetonitrile as mobile phase A, 0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B, gradient elution, 0~8min, 19%A; 8~35min, 19%~50%A; 35~36min, 50%~100%A; 36~40min, 100%~19%A. Embodiment 2

[0130] Embodiment 2, near-infrared spectrometry measures the moisture content of Radix Glycyrrhizae medicinal material

[0131] (1) Medicinal material sample preparation: 33 batches of licorice medicinal materials were selected, crushed and sieved, and set aside.

[0132] (2) Moisture determination (drying method):

[0133] Take 5g of the test sample, spread it flat in a flat weighing bottle that has been dried to constant weight, the thickness is not more than 5mm, and the looseness of the test sample is not more than 10mm, accurately weighed, open the bottle cap and dry at 100-105°C for 5 hours, put Cap the bottle, move it to a desiccator, let it cool for 30 minutes, weigh it accurately, then dry it at the above temperature for 1 hour, let it cool, and weigh it until the difference between two consecutive weighings does not exceed 5mg. According to the lost weight, calculate the water content (%) in the test sample.

Embodiment 3

[0147] Determination of moisture, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in 10 batches of unknown licorice medicinal materials by near-infrared spectroscopy

[0148] The collected 8 batches of licorice medicinal materials with unknown content were crushed and sieved, and directly detected by near-infrared spectrometer to obtain the near-infrared spectrum. The moisture, liquiritin and glycyrrhizinic acid quantitative calibration models were used to calculate the moisture, The contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid are as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared spectrum detection method of a licorice medicinal material. The method includes near infrared detection of licorice moisture / or liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a medicinal material sample, crushing and sieving for standby; (2) detecting target components, measuring moisture (oven-drying method) or measuring liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid (liquid phase method); (3) acquiring near infrared spectral data; (4) establishing a quantitative model, making a correlation between the near infrared data and known component content and water content, and establishing a quantitative calibration model; and (5) carrying out near infrared detection on unknown samples for test. Through the above method, rapid detection of the licorice medicinal material is realized. The method has advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, no loss and the like; and safe, effective, controllable and stable quality of a licoricepreparation is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of near-infrared detection, and in particular relates to a near-infrared spectrum detection method of licorice medicinal material. Background technique [0002] Licorice, licorice is the dry root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza licorice (Glycyrrhizauralensis Fisch.), bloated licorice (Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.) or glabra (Glycyrrhiabra L.) , clearing heat and detoxifying, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough, relieving spasm and relieving pain, and reconciling the functions of various medicines. In my country, it was first seen in "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", and its aboveground parts are generally in the form of clusters, and the underground roots and rhizomes are well developed. Licorice can be seen in most parts of my country, especially in Yunnan, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi and Qinghai. There are more than 30 species of licorice plants in the world, and there are 8 specie...
