The uplink communication method comprises the steps that the terminal equipment obtains a first control channel, wherein the first control channel carries a control information group, the control information group includes multiple pieces of control information, and the multiple pieces of control information correspond to multiple uplink channels respectively; the terminal equipment obtains the first control information from the first control information channel, wherein the first control information is control information corresponding to the first uplink channel in the multiple uplink channels; and the terminal performs uplink communication with the network equipment according to the first control information.
