The pixel circuit comprises an infrared light emitting element that is configured to emit infrared light according to a scanning signal and a light emitting data signal. The phototriode is configured to detect the infrared light emitted by the pixel circuit in response to a sampling control signal. The photoelectric detection circuit is low in technological difficulty, simplified in circuit structure and high in sensitizing responsibility, and is beneficial to achieve full-screen fingerprint recognition and a touch control function.
