Abstract

The invention discloses a two-fluid nozzle. The two-fluid nozzle comprises a base, a liquid connection pipe and a flow confluence module. The base is cylindrical, and provided with a first end surface, a second end surface opposite to the first end surface, a connection pipe accommodating groove extending towards the direction of the second end surface from the first end surface along the axis ofthe base, and a gas flow channel provided with a plurality of branch flow channel parts. The liquid connection pipe is inserted into the connection pipe accommodating groove, partially bulged out of the first end surface, and provided with a pipe body and a flow distribution baffle connected into the pipe body. The flow distribution baffle is adjacent to an outlet end of the pipe body and definesa liquid channel with the pipe body. The flow confluence module is connected with the base, covers the first end surface, and surrounds the part bulged out of the first end surface, of the liquid connection pipe, so that a gas and a liquid are sprayed out after being subjected to flow confluence. By this, when the two-fluid nozzle is applied to a granulation procedure, the particle sizes of the granulated particles are much uniformly reduced, so that the yield of the small-particle-size particles is increased.
