[0041] [1. Quinone derivatives]

[0042] The first embodiment of the present invention relates to quinone derivatives. The quinone derivative according to the first embodiment is represented by general formula (1). Hereinafter, the quinone derivative represented by general formula (1) may be described as quinone derivative (1).

[0043] 【Chemical 3】

[0044]

[0045] In general formula (1), R 1 represents a group selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8 alkyl group, a C6-C14 aryl group, a C6-C14 aryl group having a C1-C6 alkyl group, and a C3-C20 cycloalkyl group. In the group, it is substituted by one or several halogen atoms. 2 R's 1 can be the same or different from each other. R 2 Represents: a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl group, a C6-C14 aryl group, a C3-C20 cycloalkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C14 heterocyclic group. 2 R's 2 can be the same or different from each other....

[0086] A second embodiment of the present invention relates to an electrophotographic photoreceptor (hereinafter, sometimes described as a photoreceptor). The photoreceptor includes a conductive base and a photosensitive layer. The photoreceptor includes, for example, a laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a laminated photoreceptor) or a single-layer electrophotographic photoreceptor (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a single-layer photoreceptor).

[0087] [1. Laminated photoreceptor]

[0088] In the laminated photoreceptor, the photosensitive layer includes a charge generating layer and a charge transporting layer. Below, refer to Figure 1A ~ Figure 1C , the structure of the laminated photoreceptor will be described. Figure 1A ~ Figure 1C The structure of an example of the photoreceptor 1 according to the second embodiment, that is, the structure of a laminated photoreceptor is shown.

Abstract

Provided is a quinone derivative represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), R1 represents a group selected from the group consisting of an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms, an aryl group that has 6-14 carbon atoms and that may comprise an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, and a cycloalkyl group having 3-20 carbon atoms. These groups may be substitutedwith one or more halogen atoms. The two R1 may be the same or different from each other. R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6-14 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3-20 carbon atoms, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group having 3-14 carbon atoms. The two R2 may be the same or different from each other.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to quinone derivatives and electrophotographic photoreceptors. Background technique [0002] Electrophotographic photoreceptors are used in electrophotographic image forming devices. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes, for example, a laminated type electrophotographic photoreceptor or a single-layer type electrophotographic photoreceptor. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer in the laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor is a charge generating layer having a charge generating function and a charge transporting layer having a charge transporting function. The photosensitive layer in the single-layer type electrophotographic photoreceptor is a single-layer type photosensitive layer, and the single-layer type photosensitive layer has the functions of charge generation and charge transport. [0003] When an image is formed using an electrophotographi...
