Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic video playing method and device implemented based on a React framework. The method comprises the following steps: packaging an original video component in a page to obtain a React video component, wherein the React video component has first specified attribute information of video elements; obtaining all video elements by using the first specified attribute information; sequentially judging whether video elements in the video elements is located in a current window of the page; and if it is judged that the video elements are located in the current window ofthe page, changing the video state of the first video element located in the current window into a playing state. According to the automatic video playing method and device disclosed by the invention, the original video component is packaged by using the React framework, so that the automatic video playing method implemented by the React framework is not affected by the system framework, a code is multiplexed in different systems, the manpower development cost is reduced, and the development time is shortened. Moreover, all video elements can be obtained by using the first specified attributeinformation in the React video component at one time, which is convenient for the subsequent judgment.
