Abstract

According to the invention, a detection field is selected and a detectionsystem is established. The detection system includes a detection unit, a judgment timing unit, a track generating unit and a display unit. The detection unit is connected with the judgment timing unit. The judgment timing unit is connected with the track generating unit and the display unit. The motion track generating unit is connected with the display unit. The detection unit includes at leastone laser radar device. The method can record a time value of the exercises passing each segment or the whole course of a route and generate the exercise route track. No other detection and recordingequipment are required to install on the exercise route and the exerciser does not carry any medium, so that no interference is caused to the exerciser. Devices involved in the invention are insusceptible to external environment and are simple in structure and easy to operate.
