Abstract

The checker for a hot state air leakage gap of an air preheater belongs to the field of thermal power generation technology, and is composed of a sensing assembly 1 and a stroke switch 2 which are covered by the outer casing, a base 7, an optical display box 3, and a connecting plate mounted on the sector plate. The sensing assembly 1 is mounted on a lower end of the base 7, and a gap measuring end of a swinging rod 6 extends beyond a bottom surface of the base 7 to be in contact with an upper surface of a rotor. The stroke switch 2 is mounted in the middle and upper portions of the base 7. Anupper plane of the middle portion of the swing rod 6 is in contact with a roller 9 of the stroke switch 2. Two wires are led out by a normally open contact 13 of the stroke switch 2, one is connectedin series with a 220V power supply neutral line, and the other is connected in series with a signal light of the optical display box 3.
