The method comprises the following steps of: determining the main oxide component content of the collected cement raw meal sample by adopting an X-ray fluorescence method to obtain the standard of each sample component; dividing the whole cement raw meal sampleinto a calibration set and a verification set to obtain the near infrared diffuse reflection spectrum thereof; performing smoothing processing on the near infrared diffuse reflection spectrum, establishing a calibration model by adopting a cooperation interval partial least square method, and determining the relation between the each sample content and the near infrared diffuse reflection spectrum; and performing external verification on the calibration model by using the verification set sample, comprehensively judging the model performance based on the calibration set correlation coefficient, the cross validation root mean square error, the verification set correlation coefficient, and the predicted root mean square error, and analyzing the correlation between a predicted value and a real value.
