Abstract

The invention discloses a solvent-free two-component polyurethane waterproof coating with flame retarding and smoke inhibiting effects. The solvent-free two-component polyurethane waterproof coating with the flame retarding and smoke inhibiting effects comprises a first component and a second component. A formula for preparing the first component comprises the following raw materials: polyether polyol, aliphatic diisocyanate and liquid filler. The formula for preparing the second component comprises the following raw materials: a rubber vulcanizer, polyether polyol, the liquid filler, auxiliary liquid filler, inorganic filler, a fire retardant, an auxiliary agent, a rheological control additive and a flame retarding and smoke inhibiting synergist. According to the solvent-free two-component polyurethane waterproof coating with the flame retarding and smoke inhibiting effects, mainly aiming at the second component, polyether polyol, the liquid filler, the auxiliary liquid filler, the rubber vulcanizer, the inorganic filler and the dispersing agent are added into a reaction container, are stirred and heated to 115 +/- 5 DEG C, and are cooled after vacuum dewatering is performed; whenthe temperature is decreased to 70 +/- 5 DEG C, the flame retardant and the flame retarding and smoke inhibiting synergist are added; a foaming agent, the rheological control additive and a catalystare added after being stirred uniformly; the materials are cooled and discharged to obtain a finished product of the second component after being stirred uniformly continuously.
