The invention relates to dry-
powder paint based on surface-modified shell
powder, which belongs to the technical field of inner wall dry-
powder paint. The
surface modified shell powder used in the dry-powder paint is calcined and catalyzed at a high temperature, so that the surface
porosity of the shell powder can be improved; and gel-form
titanium dioxide, active white clay and white
bamboo charcoal are selected to absorb the surface of the high-temperature calcined shell powder. By virtue of the high-temperature calcining surface absorption, the
surface energy of the shell powder is high, the shell powder is easy to
agglomerate in an application process, the agglomeration results in cracks of a dry film when heated, and the
heat resistance and
aging resistance of the material are reduced. A
titanate coupling agent is used for performing the
surface modification treatment on the shell powder, and the
surface energy can be reduced, so that the modified shell powder can be uniformly dispersed in a
system, and the
heat resistance and
aging resistance of a paint film can be improved. The problems of an indoor
wall material such as yellowing,
mildew, bubbling, discoloration, cracks, short service life, and breeding of a great amount of
bacteria after being wetted can be effectively avoided, and the dry-powder paint has the characteristics that the harmful gases in the air can be absorbed, and the
bacteria proliferation can be inhibited.
