Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of polyimide film modification, and more specifically discloses a method used for improving performance of polyimide film via grafting with zwitter ions and silver. The method comprises following steps: firstly, a silver ion solution is uniformly dispersed into an amino-containing solution; polyimide film is immersed in an obtained mixed solution, a reducing agent is added into the mixed solution dropwise, and the polyimide film is taken out from the mixed solution and is washed; after washing, the polyimide film is immersed in an organic solvent 1, and then is taken out from the organic solvent for drying; after drying, the polyimide film is subjected to irradiation under ultraviolet light, is immersed into an organic solvent 2, and is fixed with filter paper and immersed in a zwitter ion solution; and at last, the polyimide film in the zwitter ion solution is subjected to irradiation under ultraviolet light, and then is taken out from the zwitter ion solution, so that the surface of the polyimide film is grafted with silver nanoparticles and the zwitter ions, and the stain resistance of the obtained polyimide film is improved. The invention also discloses the polyimide film obtained via modification. The modified polyimide film is capable of inhibiting growth of bacteria, and possesses stable and reliable stain resistance; the method is simple; and industrialized application is convenient to realize.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of modification of polyimide membranes, more specifically, relates to a method and product for improving the performance of polyimide membranes by grafting zwitterions and silver, and the polyimide treated by the method can inhibit bacterial growth , Stably and reliably improve its ability to resist biological pollution. Background technique [0002] Membrane fouling is a key issue that affects and restricts the rapid development and wide application of membrane technology. It will reduce membrane flux, reduce membrane permeation quality, shorten membrane life, and increase membrane use costs. Membrane fouling is mainly caused by the physical and chemical interaction between the membrane surface and the inorganic substances, organic substances, colloids, microorganisms, etc. in the processed feed liquid. Membrane fouling is inevitable, but it can be reduced by various methods. [0003] Polyimide membrane has excelle...
