The method mainly considers the influence of environmental factors on the video, designs the environmental parameters based on the different tendency of human to the video in different environments, and uses the QoE model constituted by the environmental parameters toguide the algorithm of requesting video, and also has the double threshold algorithm and BOLA algorithm, so as to improve the user experience of watching video.
