An embodiment of the invention relates to a method and a device for acquiring CQI of a shared channel, a reporting method and a device thereof. In the acquiring method, network-side equipment (such asa base station) can broadcast group configuration information to the cluster of each group in a broadband cluster system. The group configuration information indicates a group identification G-RNTI and a PUCCH channel resource which is distributed to the group and is used for reporting the shared channel measurement feedback information. A terminal in the group can report the measurement feedbackinformation in a preset channel when required, thereby obtaining the CQI of the group shared channel by network-side equipment through receiving the measurement feedback information. According to themethod of the invention, PUCCH resource distribution is performed based on the group, and a condition of incapability of obtaining the resource because overlarge number of terminals in the group, preventing increasing of overhigh processing load, and performing adaptive adjustment on the shared channel of the group by the network-side equipment according to the CQI of the group shared channel.
